Providence Health & Services Nurse Clinician - Home Infusion in Tukwila, Washington
Providence is calling an RN (Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to support Home Infusion for Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services in Seattle, Washington.

This position will be responsible for seeing patients at home and in our Ambulatory Infusion Centers within the Seattle area. For more information, please contact Jenna.Rossmeier@providence.org .
In this position you will:
Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer.
Function as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.
Admit and educates patients/caregivers in all infusion therapies.
Practices nursing by following Providence Infusion’s policies and procedures and the Washington State Nurse Practice Act.
Participates in the development of an efficient and cost-effective nursing department.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Current Washington State Registered Nursing License
Current Washington State Driver's license and automobile
Proof of vehicle insurance
Current CPR certification
1 year of experience in acute care nursing
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Home health or home infusion experience
Thorough knowledge of and proficiency in nursing principles and practice of IV therapy
