Providence is calling an Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor (Home Infusion, Day Shift, Full Time) to Providence Infusion & Pharmacy Services in Tukwila, Washington.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

This position will support the Thurston, King and Snohomish counties

In this position you will:

  • Assist the Clinical Manager in the oversight and supervision of daily nursing operations of the Home Infusion Program.

  • Effectively and thoroughly communicate with field staff, office staff and clients as appropriate for coordination of care changes, requests, problems, concerns, or feedback regarding client care or adherence to policy and regulations.

  • Provide clinical expertise and oversight of care delivery in the field and support to Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services.

  • Be responsible for the development of orientation and training content and all aspects of orientation for new nursing staff including the areas of accurate documentation, clinical competencies, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to assure thoroughness of staff orientation.

  • Be responsible for monitoring the skill and competency of staff upon hire and annually thereafter through written, verbal, and skill check evaluations.

  • Provide direct feedback on staff to Manager to assist in the performance evaluation process.

  • Monitor, coach, and provide field supervision of all clinical performance and conduct joint visits to evaluate performance of the nursing assessments.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Current Washington State Registered Nursing License

  • Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) credential, or obtained within six months of hire

  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

  • Two (2) years experience in acute care nursing

  • Two (2) years home infusion or home health experience

  • Two (2) years supervisory/management experience in either acute care or home infusion/home health

  • Current Washington State Driver’s license and access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN)

  • Prior experience in sales/marketing
